Transcription process:
	A physician will dictate letters or notes onto a digital recorder and submits electronically.
	The sound file is then delivered to one or more transcriptionists for processing.
	The transcriptionists then associate each document with a specific patient (and visit, if desired) through the intuitive, easy-to-use Transcription interface.

The provider or an office staff can then review/edit the current status of transcriptions and documents. They can print them individually or in a batch, if required.

The provider or office staff can mark the documents as approved, locking the notes and preventing further edits.

Transcription agents can download, view, update as well transcribe and send a report for approval to the provider.

Agents can view a complete history of transcription details with download date, upload date, status, dictate date and completion date.
